1. October half term clubs with Essex ActivAte

October half term clubs with Essex ActivAte go live for bookings on Monday 22nd September at 12pm lunchtime. These free activity clubs are available to eligible young people aged 4-16yrs across Essex, who are in receipt of income related free school meals, by offering a wide range of enriching experiences during the school break. From sports and creative arts to outdoor adventures and wellbeing sessions, each club provides a safe, supportive environment where participants can stay active, make new friends, and enjoy a nutritious meal each day.

Families can use the Find Your Active, Activity Finder and filter to Essex ActivAte October half term programme, to see what's on and get in contact with clubs to book free spaces, when clubs are live. Essex Activate February Half Term Holiday Clubs – Bookings Live

Essex Activate half-term holiday clubs went live to book eligible children free spaces on Monday 20 January 2025.

Local club providers across Essex will be offering amazing free sessions with many fun activities such as sports and games, arts and crafts, baking and booking and so much more to support families and children across the half-term break. Primary, secondary, SEND, mental wellbeing and youth clubs will be available to book.

Families will not need a holiday activities voucher code to book on to a local club for half-term, but may need to self-certify with the club provider when booking a free space(s).
