Trauma Perceptive Practice

The model that TPP uses is that there are key people within the school who take part in the train the trainer modules, these key people then train other members of staff at intervals throughout the school year. 

The trainers in our school are:

• Miss Wareham
• Miss Roach
• Mrs White
• Mrs Reeve

TPP works best when the training happens periodically over time, allowing all staff members to reflect and practice the new skills they are learning so that they become habits.
