Getting 'VE' day ready

The children in school have enjoyed a pre VE day today in school; they have spent the day baking and icing biscuits, making banana and chocolate pancakes and baking chocolate brownies...it certainly smells delicious from the office! This week, they have also made bunting and have learnt about VE day - using their home learning packs.

Today, we had a picnic lunch outside - self isolating on picnic rugs - in the glorious sunshine.
