Megson concert

The folk group 'Megson' came and visited the school on Tuesday to give a live performance to the children; it was so lovely to see and hear 'live' music in the hall. The children loved learning about all the different instruments they played and learned all about how the band formed, where they have played and what the different pedals and instruments did.

We then were treated to a concert of songs for the next hour. Everyone joined in - children and staff - and some even remembered their favourite tunes from the last time they visited - 3 years ago!

The children sang, joined in with actions and loved hearing the different instruments; from the banjo to the kazoo, they had great fun!
